Express Automatic Screen Printing Press

The Trooper Express is an automatic screen printing press designed to increase profits, dramatically increase production, provide greater print consistency, minimize the physical stress of manually printing - all while being extremely simple to use, set-up and maintain. This 'Express' version of the Mini-Trooper is only 8.5' in diameter.


The Trooper Express ships fully assembled so there are no expensive installation costs. It has fully automated print heads combined with an integrated high-speed automatic carousel. Roller bearing registration ensures pinpoint registration and consistency . No special training is required.


The Lawson Trooper Express combines the best of a high-speed production press while being easy-to-use and being very simple to maintain.

  • Dual-Action Squeegee
    The Trooper Express uses a dual-action (flip-flop) industry standard aluminum squeegee holder.
  • Double Print
    This Trooper Express option allows you to simulate manual printing where you desire a double-print stroke on the first print head.
