  • REASONS TO BUY A LAWSON GPS-3000
    1. Micro-Screen Registration - Move the screen, not the table!
Adjust the screen for the fasest set-up possible. Keep the table stationary for exacting off-contact and easy take-off/sheet removal.
    2. Load-Leveller - A Lawson Exclusive:
Lawson's exclusive Load-Leveller solves the problem of "unbalanced" squeegee pressure and/or loss of squeegeelizer control. Now you can precisely control the placement of squeegee force and pressure location. Simply slide the squeegee posts where you desire. As a result, center and side deflection are eliminated by placing the "chopper/squeegee system" where the force is balanced (not overhung on the outside of the print area)! Better resolution and registration is achieved because less squeegee pressure is required and the squeegee is placed exactly where needed.
    3. Unique Peel System:
Direct-Action Peel allows adjustment of peel/off-contact at one point and at the front of the screen carriage, without tools. Peel settings are stepless, direct-acting and air-assisted (for heavy weight frames) and allow for more accurate and visible control at the squeegee/print contact point. Dial-Indicator Controlled.
    4. Sliding/Adjustable Control Box:
Easy to reach control box is movable and slided anywhere you desire on the front side of the press.
    5. Auto-Flood Capability:
Keeps the screen flooded (European style) while the screen is in the open position, or unflooded (standard U.S. style), with a simple flip of a switch.
    6. Dial Indicators:
Allow registration with fast, precise movements of the registering screen. Micro-adjustability is easily achieved with the Seneca's "floating master frame" that moves without friction and is monitored in .001-inch increments via three precision dial indicators.
    7. Solid Aluminum Vacuum Table:
An all aluminum honeycomb core ensures flatness and resistance to all solvents, for the life of the press! Other systems, although they may have aluminum tops, the actual support core is not aluminum. As a result, warpage and deterioration can occur.
    8. Air-Balanced Squeegee (Squeegelizer):
Provides accurate, uniform, easy control of squeegee pressure. Automatically balances squeegee pressure from side to side to assure uniform control of ink deposit. Control is up front, and no tools are necessary. Pressure can be adjusted while press is in operation and documented with the dial pressure gauge on the face of the control panel.
    9. Masterframe:
Accommodates all frame profiles up to three inches high. Easy to adjust and lock. Does not rest on print table, allowing exact control of off-contact and peel position with true"on contact" setting ability. Side screen loading is standard.
    10. Timing Belt Carriage Drive:
Smooth, quiet, vibration and chatter-free. Never needs adjusting or grease like chain-driven machines.
    11. Protected Stroke Length Sensors:
Adjust the length of the print stroke in seconds, front and rear, with no tools. Lawson's unique sensor design is safer, easier and more reliable than any other on the market. No wire tray or sensor heads are exposed to ink spills.
