Trooper12 Click for a larger Image The Trooper-PC 12-Station is a textile automatic press that combines all the print features of the most sophisticated automatics, and adds the benefits of a very simple control and set-up system. You have total control of all squeegee and flood angles and the squeegee pressure is regulated by Lawson's unique "auto-balance" system. You can choose single or double print on any head and have many easy-to-use options.

In addition, you'll appreciate the flexibility of the Trooper's modular concept. Choose where you position flash stations, print heads, load/unload stations, or add additional print heads as you desire. And you can print and flash at the same station, without loosing a print head!

      Lawson's unique squeegee system automatically balances squeegee pressure from side-to-side, front-to-back and instantly adjusts itself to variations in garment thickness and platen heights.
    4. Dual-Action Squeegee:
      The Trooper uses a dual-action (flip-flop) industry standard aluminum squeegee holder.
    5. Double Print:
      This Trooper-12 allows you to simulate manual printing where you desire a double print stroke. For many applications, this is ideal method of "clearing the screen mesh and providing a true top-coat" deposit of ink.
    6. Flex-Head Design:
      Choose the number of print heads you want and where to place them anywhere you desire. Design your own load/unload stations and the number of open cooling stations you may want as well.
    7. Shuttle Flash Capability:
      The Trooper is designed to accommodate Lawson's unique QZE-Shuttle Flash Unit. This allows you the ability to flash as many colors as necessary, without loosing the use of the print head! When the head is raised, and while you are unloading/loading, the Shuttle Flash automatically positions itself over the printed garment, flashes based on the temperatures and dwell time you set, and then returns to its resting/home position during the next print cycle.
    8. Affordable and Best Value:
