This screen printing hinge is a heavy duty zinc alloy and features wide wing thumb screws for firm and easy fastening to the frame. The clamp offers positive locking for registration and precise control. It is also easy to install. Hinges are 2.5" wide and hold frame up to 2" thick.

    Stainless Steel Registration GuidesWhen the screen is lowered into printing position and the stencil presses down on the head, it disappears into the body of the guide for printing any thickness of stock. Will work in most solid tables. They fit in a ½ inch hole drilled deep enough so the wide part of the body is even with the press bed. The guides won't spin because their sides are grooved.

    • Print Athletic Numbers inexpensively with paper stencils.
    • Stencils adhere to the screen on the printing stroke and are thrown away after printing the number.
    • 3, 5, 6, 8, 9 & 0 are the same in Standard and Full styles.
    • Full numbers 1, 2, 4 and 7 have a wide serif or foot. Standard don't.
    • The Outline style stencils must be used with the solid stencils to achieve a two-color outlined number.

    Drying Racks
    Drying Racks The Mark VI Multi-Rack is the best rack available to the screen printing industry. Standard features include: Patented Rubber Feet; are better than metal because they will not break, and are quiet (metal feet "chatter" when moved). The rubber feet are also color coded to facilitate counting and provide a convenient handle for moving. Galvanized Wire: Electroplated Shelves provide a better surface than paint or other coatings. Floating Support Bar: Makes assembly quicker and allows for uniform spring tension.
