T he JetPress machines are

T he Digital Knight DK20S is
a 16x20 swing-away heat transfer press. The DK20S combines
a heavy-duty solid steel industrial grade pressing framework
with accurate and easy to use electronics to provide the
operator with the best possible features and equipment
needed for today's various heat transfer applications.
This press is our most popular 16x20 machine. It is
well known in the industry as the top-end robust workhorse
of all swing away heat presses. There is also a Jumbo
sized 20x25 heat platen version of this press, the DK20JS.
This press is also available in an air-operated automatic
version, the DK20SP.

| DK25SP 20" x 25" Automatic
Jumbo Digital Swinger Heat Transfer Press |
The  Digital Knight DK25SP is an air-operated,
automatic 20x25 Oversized swing-away heat press with
a state-of-the-art control system and heavy-duty
solid steel welded framework. The smooth automatic
pressing and push-button activation provides a productive,
fatigue-free operation.
The extended 20x25 size of the heat platen is
perfect for sublimation and large format materials
pressing. The heat platen uses SuperCoil-Microwinding™ heater
technology, a system of embedded heater windings
that wind tightly and closely together throughout
the entire platen for extremely even heat, fast
recovery & fast heat up times. The controller
utilizes an easy to read oversized-digit LCD display
to show time and temperature simultaneously, and
the temperature readout is accurate within +-2°.
The operator can use the 70 programmable presets
for saving common application settings, and the
press features a highaccuracy pressure regulator
and pressure gauge for specific psi settings. The
press is adjustable to accommodate materials from
fabric thickness all the way up to 1” thick
substrates!
This 20x25 sized air-operated press includes a
stand and lockable heavy-duty casters as well.
For the ease of high-pressure air operated operation
and 20x25 platen sized pressing area, the DK25SP

 The
DK7 Cap press is a fully functional cap press for printing
the front face of any sized headwear.
The DK7 has a unique hold-down device that pulls the
rear strap of the headwear down against the pressing
surface, holding the cap in place. The DK7 accepts different
sized interchangeable tables (standard size included
- see additional accessories below) for accommodating
youth & child sized caps, fitted and low profile

| DK3 - Digital Mug Transfer Press |
 The DK3 Digital Mug Press
is a specialty press in the Digital Knight line of presses;
exclusively for pressing mugs. This press is a full wrap-around,
handle to handle, top-to-bottom printing mug press. It
can press images up to 5" high, and as close as 1/2" from
the handle, depending on the mug size.
The DK3 is fully adjustable, accommodating all mugs
available on the market. This includes 11 oz, 15 oz,
16 oz mugs, steins and stainless steel travel mugs. The
ability of the press to open extra wide allows for easy
and fast loading and unloading of mugs from the press.
The thick solid steel framework and die-cast clamp assembly
provides a heavy duty framework for non-stop use. The
clamp assembly can be adjusted for very heavy pressure,
allowing for full bleed transfers on even the most demanding
mugs. Finally - a mug press that compensates for less
than perfectly straight mugs!
As with all Digital Knight presses, the DK3 utilizes
a state-of-the-art digital control system with an unprecedented
3-year warranty on the heat-control electronics. With
