The Fast T-Jet® Blazer uses the very robust and fast Epson 4800 print engine to print vibrant, durable prints on white, light and dark shirts up to 17" x 47" in size. It is capable of printing on almost any type of fabric material as well as non-textiles, such as golf balls, keyboards and tennis balls.
 Featuring the latest innovations in User Interface technology, the Blazer has an extendable display screen, making many printer functions and commands readily accessible. With a built-in dual voltage converter, the Blazer can be operated using AC power from 110-240 volts. Only 35" wide by 46" high and 77" long (89 x 117 x 196 cm), the printer can be operated in a shop, a basement or even a spare bedroom, requiring a working area of only 10 ft x 12 ft (3 x 4 m).
The Fast T-Jet® Blazer is cost effective for both small and large jobs. With an ink cost of less than 40 cents per shirt (standard print size on light shirts) and speeds of about 45 seconds for a 12" x 12" image on a white garment*, you also get great production! With 180 nozzles per color, resolutions as high as 2880 x 1440 dpi can be achieved.
Utilizing an 8 color (4 CMYK, 4 White) system, the Blazer comes complete with a continuous flow bulk ink system, four 8 oz. starter bottles of FastINK™ Textile CMYK color, 1 liter of FastINK™ White, two gallons of pretreatment for dark s hirts, AND a great graphics application called FastARTIST™. Raster Image Processing Software called FastRIP™ is also included to perform accurate color matching and queue functions. (FastRIP™ and FastARTIST™ will only work on a Windows™ based system.)
FastIINK™ and the Fast T-Jet® Blazer work together to produce a very durable image that willstand up to many washings without fading or yellowing in sunlight. The finished print must be heat set using either a standard heat transfer press or conveyor dryer, but no additional treatment is necessary.

 This is NOT just a simple spray booth. From the industrial controller to precision valves and spray nozzles, the AutoTREAT Express applies the proper amount of pretreatment.... Every Time! When printing on dark shirts you must apply a pretreatment solution that keeps the white ink on top of the shirt. Our Pretreatment #1 is the standard of the industry.And, to greatly improve the wash fastness of prints on light shirts we developed FastCOLOR. With these two pretreatments, your prints will look outstanding. Until now the only way to pretreat shirts is use a power sprayer like the Wagner spray gun. We supply these with all Fast T-Jet printers.But, this spray can be a little messy and some users have a hard time getting the pretreatment applied evenly. Your pretreatment worries are now over!
The AutoTREAT Express is a tabletop unit that simplifies applying pretreatment onto light and dark shirts. It uses precise industrial spray technology and a microprocessor controller. You can control the amount of spray and the length of the spray pattern.You get the exact amount of spray each time. After the shirt is sprayed, you simply lay the garment in an optional heat transfer press and dry it for a few seconds.
The AutoTreat PRO includes a built in heat press and internal blower. The shirts are sprayed, dried and heat pressed - all in one action. They come out of the machine ready to print! Simple. Easy!
Lay a shirt on the bed and press the Load button. you shirt will be pretreated in 15 to 20 seconds! You can adjust the amount of pretreatment (light or dark shirts) with a simple slider or pretreat specific areas depending on the image size.

third generation of FastINK for the Fast T-Jet line of inkjet-to-garment
printers. With enhanced durability, color-fast
images printed with FastINK3™ will still look
great wash after wash after wash.
You spoke and we listened; FastINK3™ does
not settle as easily as other inks reducing the possibility
of ink clogs. That in turn means less maintenance and head
cleanings which is a contributing factor to ink usage. (Normal
maintenance schedule still applies)
From T's to non-textiles, FastINK3™ is the
perfect choice for printing mouse pads, golf balls to baseball
caps, or just about anything else you desire.

FastINK3™ Important Note:
We strongly urge you to balance your FastINK2™ levels;
wait until your bulk ink containers are almost empty before
adding FastINK3™. Mixing FastINK3™ with FastINK2™ might
cause a slight color shift as you may notice a little color
variation in repeat jobs. For more accurate colors, it is
recommended that a complete ink system flush is done before
printing with FastINK3™.

| Bright White FastINK Textile |
 FastINK Bright White Textile Ink is part of the T-Jet family of Inkjet-to-Garment textile ink. This ink is a water-based pigment inkjet ink designed exclusively for EPSON based print head, inkjet-to-garment machines. FastINK Bright White is part of a system which includes special fabric pretreatment, software to control ink deposit and specific application instructions. FastINK White must be printed on 100% cotton or 50/50 garments that have FastINK Pretreatment #1or FastINK FastBRIGHT Pretreatment applied to it for the ink to have proper opacity and good washability. Garments must be printed using our special software called FastRIP in order to achieve proper ink coverage. Lighter garment colors may require less white ink coverage, pretreatment and/or printer passes than darker garments.

Light Garments
FastBRIGHT is designed to help prints pop and print
better on light colored garments when using no white
ink. You will notice minimized bleeding as well as
sharper print results when using FastBRIGHT on light
garments. The other major advantage to using FastBRIGHT
with white ink on lighter colored garments is that
the pretreatment will not yellow in the sun.
Dark Garments
FastBRIGHT can also work on dark colored garments including
black shirts and keep the same basic level of washability.
While you can print on dark colored shirts, you will
have to modify the amount of FastBRIGHT used depending
on the color of the garment.

| FastCOLOR Pre-Treatment |
FastCOLOR™ is a pretreatment that is applied just like our normal pretreatment. It does not work with white ink, but on light colors garments where there is no white, it GREATLY improves the color brilliance and washability of the print. You will have a hard time telling the image has been washed!

Application: Adjust the sprayer nozzle to spray a solid mist but one that doesn't instantly soak the garment. Apply FastCOLOR™ to one section at a time with even strokes.  You will want to apply a total of two even layers to the entire print area. Keep in mind, the amount of pretreatment applied will depend on the garment color. The darker the garment color, the more pretreatment is required. For White garments, only a light application is needed. Black garments may need a thick, damp coat.
Preparations: Using FastCOLOR Pretreatment is very similar to using FastINK Pretreatment #1 for dark garments. Before using, clean out your current sprayer or use a new sprayer. To clean your sprayer, fill the resevoir with hot ware, and spray until clear water sprays out. Once the sprayer is clean, fill with FastColor.

Standard warranty
in includes a 1-year limited warranty on parts and
labor.
The warranty is NOT on-site and requires the
unit to be returned to U.S. Screen or an authorized
service center or dealer for repair.
The limited warranty does not include the printing
head. Replacement printing head can
be replaced in less than ten minutes. All prices
and design specifications subject to change.
The T-Jet™ must be shipped by a freight
company. If you need assistance with finding
a freight company contact U.S. Screen Print & Inkjet
Technology. We can assist with pickup and delivery
of the T-Jet™ by a freight company to U.S.
Screen for diagnosis and/or repair. If the T-Jet™ printer
is shipped by a non-freight company or not on
a pallet, U.S. Screen Print & Inkjet Technology
reserves the right to refuse the T-Jet™ shipment.
A non-freight company for example is Federal
Express, UPS, U.S. Mail, Airborne Express, etc.
These steps eliminate potential for damage in

dryer. No additional treatment is necessary. Small imprintable
items are held in place with liquid table adhesive or adhesive
coated table tape on a youth or infant shirt holder. T-Shirts
are held in place with a pressure-fit holding device or
simply laid on a specially designed shirt holder.
