Our open mesh
non-stick Teflon® PTFE impregnated fiberglass dryer belt is available
in any length and up to 188" wide. Our standard 28-48 style belts
have 35% more PTFE providing the heaviest coating and dramatically
increasing the belt's wear resistance and cleanability. Lawson's
dryer belt strength provides high dimensional stability and are
60% stronger, increasing the belt's durability; and our airflow
is 33% more open, providing better airflow for more efficient
drying.
Screen print Dryer Belts are available in tan or black. For ultraviolet
applications we will apply a special UV resistant coating at no
extra charge!
These dryer belts are designed to handle direct heat up to 550°F
and because they are 70% open area, the design minimizes heat
retension -- so your belt does not get as hot. All custom belts
