    MECHANICAL STRETCHER
    Tension Quik Adjustable Stretcher
    Tension Quik Adjustable Mesh Stretcher for Screen Printing FramesThe Tension-Quik™ is an easy-to-use adjustable mesh stretching system and the least expensive route to high tension levels. Four independent channels link together, adjusting the size in both directions. The channels enclose a tensioning roller that ratchets in a clockwise rotation to tension the mesh. Each roller has a fabric locking system to easily and securely capture the mesh.

    The adjustable arms fit around your stretch and glue frame. Your mesh is inserted in the four rollers in the adjustable channels and you tighten the mesh with a supplied tool, then glue it to your frame.

    Tension-Quik™ has 2 locking systems: The most popular is the Top Loading™ system that uses two round rods that are snapped into the roller with the assistance of a wheel type insertion tool. This locking system secures the mesh simply and evenly. The round nylon rods come in three color coded diameters to accommodate all mesh counts. The Keystone™ Nylon system utilizes a single tapered nylon rod that slides into the roller through the end of the frame channel. This system is recommended for wire mesh and for very large stretchers because of its pre-tensioning ability

    If you have a tension meter and tools, we stock textile frames in the most popular sizes.
    We recommend all round rollers for side clamp presses like the Lawson HD-MAX for more stability, easier stretching and even tension. Order frames with a square bar for presses with only rear clamps. For faster and more uniform stretching, try the Newman Roller Master.

    SCREEN RACK
    Rollin' Screen Racker
    Rollin Rack RSR31Adjustable width screen rack with heavy duty PVC shelves and large wheels. Safely organize and store screens with the convenience mobility around the shop.

    Costs are reduced with the rack because a quantity of screens can be processed in one area, then easily moved to another area for drying. Screens can be in multiple stages of processing, including storage, on different Rackers.

    Production is better organized when screens are stored in a mobile rack. Jobs can be staged on a Racker and held safely until needed on the press.
