A sharp squeegee is essential in any high-quality, critical printing application and can frequently improve print definition and ink flow.  Lawson manufactures three different styles of squeegee sharpeners to meet your specific requirements: 

The Lawson EZ Auto Sharp #30 - A great bench model squeegee sharpener for all sizes of small manual or automatic press squeegees. Sharpen Squeegees up to 30" long.

The Lawson Auto-Sharp #40 - A larger floor model squeegee sharpener for more precise sharpening requirements and/or larger sizes. Sharpen Squeegees up to 40" long.

The Lawson Auto-Sharp Automatic - The ultimate, fully automatic, programmable floor model squeegee sharpener for the most demanding sharpening needs. Various Models available: 60" and 100".

EZ Auto-Sharp Manual Squeegee Sharpener

If you are a shop that uses either Automatic Squeegees for your automatic t-shirt printer, or if you print manually and use Hand Squeegees, this is an ideal, inexpensive sharpener to keep your squeegees tuned/sharpened properly.

Standard configuration is a bench model, with an attractive and sturdy Optional Floor Stand, if you desire.

Sharpens all squeegees sizes up to 30", and styles of squeegees - even "dual-action or flip-flop" squeegees used on the Lawson Trooper, MHM, or Tuff automatic presses.

Auto-Sharp Manual Squeegee Sharpener #40

The Auto-Sharp #40 is a more sophosicated design for more precise sharpening needs and/or for larger size squeegees.

On this design you clamp the squeegee blade in place, and  actually move the grinding stone, instead of the squeegee itself. Dial indicator control of the cut is standard, as is the floor stand.
