V-Tech UV Graphic Conveyor Dryer

The Lawson V-TECH U.V. Dryer combines the latest technology available with simplicity of design and ease of operation to offer screen printers an understandable U.V. dryer at an affordable price. Fully modular in design, the V-TECH U.V. can be purchased as a complete, integrated unit (fully assembled), or you may purchase just the individual U.V. module and add to your existing conveyor system.

The V-TECH is also designed for later expansion. In-feed or out-feed conveyor belt and extra U.V. modules may be added as desired. The Lawson V-TECH U.V. dryer is an all-air-cooled unit that eliminates the need for costly and difficult water maintenance. In addition, the V-TECH has variable power-control settings that let you choose from 125, 200 or 300 watts per sq. in. for the most effective cure. An accurate digital belt-speed control system (FPM) allows for precise and repeatable drying of a wide variety of substrates, and Lawson's Uni-Vac Vacuum keeps thin and edge-curled material from fluttering.

	Modular UV Head/Lamp Assembly You can place the UV Head Assembly anywhere along the rails of the conveyor dryer. This provides the benefit of being able to accomodate different size sheets and allows you to vary the in-feed and out-feed as you desire. Also, the head assembly is Adjustable in Height, so you can adjust for items that are thicker than your standard product.
	Blower Unit This is the Vacuum and Exhaust System. It is beneath the conveyor belt, and is placed under the head assembly/lamp. In addition to holding lightweight materials in place, it also aids in eliminating heat build-up. This assembly is also adjustable and can be placed exactly where you desire (when you move the head assembly).
	Standard Control/Power Supply The Control Console is on casters and can be located where you like. It is typically placed under the conveyor (shown in main photo). Tri-Power Selector, Digital Belt Speed, Amp Meter and Hour Meter are all standard.
	Dual-Zone Reflector The Lawson Dual-Zone Reflector concentrates more U.V. light energy downward on the substrate for a better and faster cure. Also, note how easy it is to clean the UV Bulb and Reflector. No tools are un-wiring is necessary. Simply wipe clean and rotate the bulb - It's the easiest maintenance in the industry.
