Tech Support - Manufacturers Support links You will receive the best support for most products when you go directly to the manufacturer. If you are not satsified with you product or service, Lawson will work for you to help handle your problem. Unfortunately Lawson does not offer free support for computer programs like CorelDRAW or Photoshop.

Lawson Screen & Digital Products in Saint Louis is open for business 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (CST) Monday thru Friday.

Supply and Equipment support staff are available, free of charge, for our customer's use on products purchased from Lawson. Visit one of our Super Centers located in St. Louis or Atlanta, for "hands-on" assistance or call 314-382-9300 for centralized technical help.

Service technicians are available at reasonable rates to visit your facility and provide equipment set-up, training and consulting services.

24 hour Emergency Service Hot Line is available for equipment customers.
Call 314-382-9865 and press option #6. This is a pager. Enter your area code and phone number and a technician will call you back as soon as available - most calls are returned within 1 hour of the initial page.

Software Tech Support

Technical Support - Corel, PhotoShop, FastFilms & FastRip Support help is available to you on use of Corel & PhotoShop, FastRip & FastArtist. Telephone Support is offered via pre-paid packages or on a per/incident basis. Pricing is $50.00 per/incident (i.e. question) or you can purchase a 3 Question Package at only $99.00.

XANTÉ
XANTÉ CORPORATION warrants their ScreenWriter laser printers against defects in material and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original purchase. If your printer is not covered by a XANTÉ warranty or a XANTÉ service plan, there will be a $35.00 per incident charge for Technical Support. This does not include labor or parts costs.
