A Combo Economical Automatic Screen Reclaiming & Developing System

The Lawson Wash & Go Reclaimer is ideal for cleaning ink and emulsion out of all garment, t-shirt and graphic printing size screen frames. The Wash & Go is for small shops that want the simple and easy screen automation or for shops that are limited in space or electricity. Designed for manual and automatic size screens (20"x24" and 23"x31" OD) the Wash & Go cleans, degreases and dehazes your screen at once, all at the same time.

The Wash & Go's small footprint improves your quality of life. No longer will you be doing the most time-consuming, dirty and dreaded job in your own shop. Reclaim your screens (i.e. remove all ink and emulsion, degrease and dehaze) quickly and easily. Approximate cycle time for one screen is approximately 120 seconds. 

The Lawson Wash & Go Reclaimer uses less chemicals, costing about 5 - 10 cents per screen.

Automated reclaiming provides consistency throughout the day by eliminating variables, such as operator attention deficit issues, operator fatigue, inadequate training and inconsistent application of standard operating procedures (SOP). 

Lawson's Wash & Go is virtually maintenance free. Simply put the screen into the chamber and start the cycle. The automatic washer power washes out ink and emulsion. 

Plus, the Wash & Go can also be used for developing screens and washing them out after exposing them. Using the Wash & Go for washing out emulsion after exposure is a great way to ensure details like fine lines and halftones are not lost or "blown out" with a hand held pressure washer.
