The nozzle you need depends on your garment type and desired spray width. For standard cotton t-shirts, the WENL Style 16" Wide Opening is the industry standard. If you are printing on performance fabrics, use the WENF Style for Polyester, which is designed for a heavier application to overcome the hydrophobic nature of synthetic fibers. For smaller areas, the RNNA Style 5" Wide Spray is ideal.

Why is my pretreat machine spraying an uneven pattern?

Uneven spray patterns or "banding" are usually caused by a partially clogged nozzle or a worn In-Line Check Valve. We recommend soaking your tips in Magic Clean #485 Universal Pre-Treat Cleaner every 2–3 weeks to dissolve dried salt crystals and maintain a perfect fan pattern.
