Warranty Information

Each piece of Lawson equipment has its own specific Parts Warranty. Details are listed on each Sales Contract and Invoice. All Lawson products and supplies we sell are warranted to be free of defects. Product defects or shortages should be reported to Lawson immediately upon receipt of your order. Freight carriers are responsible for damage in transit. Have driver note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery record and call the carrier immediately upon discovery of concealed damage.

Any returns require authorization by Lawson. Simply call and a return authorization number will be assigned for the specific item. All return items must be sent freight pre-paid. All items returned are subject to inspection and evaluation. A 15% - 35% restocking charge will apply for standard items if returned unopened, within 15 days. Electrical items, parts and custom orders may not be returned.
