24 Hour Emergency Service Hotline If it is after hours (after 8AM - 5PM CST), call 314-382-9300. You will be directed to the automated attendant. Listen to the options presented and select the prompt to speak with a Service Technician. This will transfer you to Lawson's 24-hour Hotline. If you get a voicemail recording after being transferred, please leave a message as someone will call you back as soon as possible. Note: Do NOT call the 24 Hour Hotline for T-Jet or other Non-Lawson Equipment (for non-Lawson items, call during our normal working hours). You must be a customer to utilize this service.
